Q: Do you deliver?
A: Yes, we offer free delivery within 5 miles of SG1 4LR, on orders over £55. We can deliver outside this area for an extra charge.

Collection can be arranged at a mutually convenient time.

Q: Can you make picture cakes/cupcakes or cookies?
A: Room 4 Cake does have the capability of printing your pictures, corporate logos or images onto cakes, cupcakes and cookies.

Q: Do you ship cakes or cupcakes?
A: We regret that we cannot ship goods at this time.

Q: What cake flavors & fillings do you have?
A: We can, within reason, make most flavours and fillings. However, some flavours (eg. red velvet) will incur an additional charge.

Q: How should I store a fondant covered cake?
A: All cakes covered with fondant should be stored in a dark, cool place and not in the fridge as this has a detrimental effect on the icing. Once cut, the cake should be stored in an airtight container.

Q: How should I store a buttercream covered cake?
A: Buttercream covered cakes can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.

Q: How much do you charge for specialty, sculpted or novelty cakes?
A: Prices vary depending on size and complexity of the design. For specialty or novelty cakes, please contact us.

Q: Do you make gluten-free cakes?
A: Yes. Although we do handle gluten containing ingredients in our kitchen, every effort is made to avoid cross-contamination.

Q: Are the numbers on your cake edible?
A: The numbers are made out of gumpaste and floral wire. The gumpaste portion is edible, but generally very hard since it is dried in advance.

Q: Do you have a retail store where I can walk in an purchase a cake on the spot?
A: No, we are by-appointment only shop which specialises in custom cakes, cupcakes and cookies.

Q: Do you supply candles?
A: We ask that customers provide their own candles.
